- During festive seasons or sales, processing time may extend slightly. Customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders
- Orders below ₹999: Shipping charges apply based on weight and location.
- Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Shipping.
- Express or Same-Day Shipping: Charges apply based on service availability.
International Orders
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to become active.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship:
- To PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
- Certain items (like liquids or perishables) may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations.
- Some pin codes may not support COD or express shipping.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, notify us within 48 hours for investigation.

Damaged Shipments
- Take clear photos and video proof while opening the package.
- Report damages to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Address Changes & Order Edits
- Changes to shipping address or order details can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once dispatched, we cannot make changes.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address will require re-shipping charges.
8. Customs, Duties & International Fees
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
- We are not liable for delays due to customs procedures.
- Refusal to accept delivery due to customs fees will result in return shipping charges being borne by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the courier fails to deliver after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.
10. Pre-orders & Backorders
- Estimated dispatch timelines for pre-order or backorder items will be mentioned on the product page.
- If your cart contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available, unless requested otherwise (extra shipping charges may apply).
